BMB Social Activities

Science is challenging, and at times our research projects can be frustrating and discouraging. For this reason, we believe it is critical to promote a supportive environment in the BMB department. Social bonds lead to increased work and life satisfaction, which in turn lead to bigger and more creative scientific discoveries1. One component of such an environment is social activity, which allows individuals to build bonds with their peers and get their minds off science.
