The study will work to develop the first biological marker for a visual-spatial disorder; Spatial Neglect (SN), in hopes of detecting a marker that can help with clinical spatial neglect rehabilitation. The research attempts to identify the biomarker on brain imaging performed during clinical stroke assessment. The research expects to find brain pathways in spatial neglect and a particular type of spatial neglect called Aiming Spatial Neglect. The research study with participants found to have Aiming SN will involve performing Prism Adaptation Therapy.
