Apurv Soni, MD, PhD, Director of the Program in Digital Medicine (PDM), presented a summary of PDM thus far and the goals for the coming years. He then moderated a panel about Care Transformation at UMass for Chronic Disease Management at Home, featuring the following panelists:
John Broach, MD, MPH, MBA. FACEP is the medical director for the Digital Health Clinic at UMass Memorial health as well as division chief of Emergency Medical Services in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dianne McKee, MD is the chair of the Department of Family Medicine & Community Health as well as the director of Ambulatory Research Consortium. Roberto Caricchio, MD is the Myles J. McDonough Chair in Rheumatology, professor of medicine, chief of the Division of Rheumatology, and director of the Lupus Center at UMass Chan.
