• Helping you to cope with living with a serious illness and its physical, spiritual, and emotional effects 
• Preparing for what to expect in the future with your illness 
• Managing pain and other symptoms such as shortness of breath, nausea, constipation, and poor appetite 
  
  We work with you to create a personal care plan, including treatment goals, and services such as physical and occupational therapy. We also support caregivers and assist with navigating the financial issues related to caregiving.
