Our research program in the field of innate immunity has led to key discoveries that help us better understand the biology underlying infectious and inflammatory responses.

Current faculty interests include but are not limited to:

• innate immune sensors and associated signaling pathways (TLRs, nucleic acid sensors, and inflammasomes)
• dendritic cell biology
• immunity to pathogens
• autoinflammatory and autoimmune diseases
• tumor immunobiology
