First-Year Advisors

First-year Basic Biomedical Science students are each assigned a faculty advisor and a student advisory group (5-7 students) with whom they will meet every other week throughout the first year. The goal is to provide support and guidance as students navigate Foundations and advanced topics courses, lab rotations and the thesis advisor selection process.

Students are also encouraged to reach out to their first-year advisor as needed for one on one meetings.
