Refund Policy

Payment is expected within two weeks of registration to save your place in the course. Unless individual arrangements have been made, if payment has not been received by close of registration, you will not receive login information for the course. If you register and pay but cannot attend or defer to the next semester, an administrative fee equal to 30% of the total will be deducted from your refund.  If your fees will be paid by your employer, or if you are part of a group, please have someone from your organization contact us: or 774.441.8171.

Possible Fees:

If you do not inform us of change of address it is a $25 fee to reproduce a certificate of completion and/or CE certificate.
