BMB Social Activities

Science is challenging, and at times our research projects can be frustrating and discouraging. For this reason, we believe it is critical to promote a supportive environment in the BMB department. Social bonds lead to increased work and life satisfaction, which in turn lead to bigger and more creative scientific discoveries¹. One component of such an environment is social activity, which allows individuals to build bonds with their peers and get their minds off science.
