The weSPARC Insight board is a virtual board comprised of around 8 adults with lived experience of a mental health condition.

- weSPARC Insight members join together virtually once a month to provide feedback on research-related projects and products
- The members of the board help tailor research ideas, projects, and products to the needs and preferences of those with lived experience

For "May is Mental Health Month" 2023, our weSPARC Insight Advisory Board explored the terms lived experience and lived expertise through the use of video, art, poetry, and photography.
