Dr. Grier joins the Eye Center

Dr. Justine Grier received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on to receive her doctorate of optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. 

Her external rotations included the Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital, where she became intimately familiar with the management of contact lens complications, and the University Eye Center in Los Angeles, where she developed competency in basic optometric Spanish. 

Having a special interest in disorders of binocular vision, Dr. Grier is currently completing a residency in Pediatric Optometry at the New England College of Optometry, and looks forward to joining the UMass team this summer.
