The PVE Wellness Center is staffed by UMassMemorial, Plumley Village Health Services, and Community Healthlink Youth and Family Services. The Center is dedicated to improving the health of the residents of Plumley Village, the surrounding neighborhood, and our patients.  Please call Aida Gautier at 508-334-1102 or 508-792-5311

Tuesdays 10 to 11: Plumley Women's Group- Come for coffee and conversation. We enjoy crafts, information, and work on the Community Garden. Please drop by.
 
Tuesdays 11 am: Walking Group- Walk for Fitness- Meet at 34 Laurel St. parking lot or inside at Apt.2. Join us every Tuesday for a comfortable walk or indoor gentle exercise.

Group Lifestyle Balance - Want to lose weight? Family history of diabetes? Join Ken Peterson, NP and Ellen Ruell, PA for 12 weekly sessions to lose weight, get in shape, and prevent diabetes. Get your life back the healthy way! Call Aida at 508-334-1102. (This program is not free. Medical insurance will be billed for this program).

Programs at the Wellness Center have included healthy cooking classes for youth and adults, preschool readiness classes for parents and children, and diabetes education. Please give us your input about future topics you would like to participate in!
