Group Exercise Classes and Personal Training Services
All group fitness classes are included with membership free of charge. If you prefer a more personalized approach, we have a qualified staff of personal trainers and fitness-wellness specialists who can tailor a program just for you, for an additional fee. Class details
WOD: Dealers delight! Whatever the instructor decides to do for a workout
Bootcamp: A high-energy workout combining functional strength training and cardio intervals to build endurance and burn fat.
Total Body Circuit: A "strength-meets-cardio mash-up" designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and burn fat through 8-10 exercises (stations) performed consecutively with minimal rest.
Strength and Conditioning: Build endurance and muscular strength with a challenging combination of exercises using weights.
Stretch & Mobility: A combination of methods of stretching, foam rolling, and movement quality improvement.
Zumba: Featuring Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, Zumba is an exercise class that keeps everyone motivated by creating a dance party atmosphere. A total workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Triple Threat: This class combines cardio, sculpting, and core work to give you the ultimate total body workout.
Pilates Fusion: The class uses light weight combined with high repetition and small range movements to tone the body through core, flexibility, and elongation. Great for all levels!
MetCon: Metabolic conditioning that combines strength and cardio with anaerobic and aerobic exercises
HIIT: A fast-paced, total-body workout that alternates short bursts of all-out efort with brief recovery periods.
Yoga: A flowing class suitable for all levels with emphasis on connecting the breath with movement. Increase strength, balance, and flexibility while releasing stress in this challenging, yet relaxing class
Kettlebell & Row: A combination of high-intensity cardio (rowing) and strength-focused, functional movement (kettlebells) to build a balanced, powerful physique.
