Home Checks

Per department request, UPST payments to vendors can be processed as home checks. Normally home checks are delivered twice a week (Wednesday and Friday) to the Bursar's Office, which serves as a central location for check pickup.

Bursar's Office can disburse home checks only to the designated personnel on the UPST Home Check Report.

Home checks not picked up in two weeks will be returned to UPST.

Emergency Loans

The Bursar's Office cuts and disburses emergency loan checks to UMass Chan students or residents, per emergency-loan promissory notes presented to the Bursar's Office. To apply, UMass Chan students should go to the Financial Aid Office and UMass Chan residents should go to the GME Office.
