South Street

The South Street fitness center is accessible by card access from 6 a.m to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday. Staffed hours are: Monday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Tuesday 12 noon to 4 p.m.; Wednesday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Thursday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The center has cardiovascular equipment, a variety of free weights other Life-Fitness equipment. A wide range of group classes are offered, including core conditioning, strength training, group cycling, Zumba Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp and interval training among others.
