• Co-infections that drive viral-associated cancers such as Plasmodium falciparum malaria and Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV)
• Human papillomavirus (HPV) and Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) interactions in cervical cancer risk
• Pre-clinical and patient-derived xenograft mouse models to investigate anti-tumor immunity and immune inhibitory pathways with therapeutic potential
