Research Focus - ​Examining Lymphocytes as Both Tumors and Immunotherapies

  • Studying cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) in clinically diverse patients in collaboration with Drs. Angel Byrd and Ginette Okoye (Howard University College of Medicine)
  • Comparing keratinocytes in autoimmune conditions like lupus to basal cell carcinomas in order to learn about different ends of the immune spectrum (hyper- vs hypo-immune).
  • Investigating diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in dogs through a comparative immunology collaboration with Drs. Cheryl London and Heather Gardner
  • Studying generation of anti-tumor T cell responses in canine osteosarcoma with Drs. Cheryl London and Heather Gardner.
