The bioinformatics core hosts a data-ton (data analysis session) on Fridays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The format is to briefly introduce you to the available pipelines followed by analysis of your dataset. We are also providing training for our new UI Dolphin. If you would like to attend, send an email to BioCore and you will be notified of the next available date.
