Biocore Services and Support

To begin using BioCore Services:

• Request an  HPCC account to access the High Performance Computing Cluster
• Send an email to the Helpdesk requesting to join the Galaxy Group. 

The supported services and pipelines we offer are RNASeq RSEM Pipeline, DESeq Pipeline, Variant Organizer, Galaxy and RStudio.
