MBA Dual Degree Program in conjunction with UMass Lowell

Beginning in 2018, a new dual degree Master of Business Administration program will be available to all students accepted to a UMass Chan graduate school—the T.H. Chan School of Medicine, the Morningside Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing.

The program calendar has been tailored to individual UMass Chan graduate program schedules, allowing MBA coursework to take place without interfering with the UMass Chan curriculum. The program offers interprofessional, in-person coursework during summer sessions, with subsequent coursework online.

Four specific tracks are featured: finance, managerial leadership, information technology and–new for fall 2018—health care.

A GMAT waiver may be available for students who have taken the MCAT or the GRE. Students applying to the dual degree program must first be accepted to a UMass Chan graduate degree program; once accepted to UMass Chan, students apply to the MBA program—with a response time in as little as one week.
