- In‑solution/S‑trap digests**: Reduction/alkylation, digestion, cleanup, LC‑MS/MS, informatics (database search for unmodified peptides).
- Replicate runs***: Additional LC‑MS/MS acquisitions for quantitative work (1–2 technical replicates).
Common Workflows
- Protein Identification: LC‑MS/MS (sample preparation + analysis).
- Quantitative Proteomics: LC‑MS/MS + replicate runs + Staff Scientist/Director time (as needed).
- PTM Analysis: LC‑MS/MS + Staff Scientist/Director time.
- Quantitative Targeted Proteomics (PRM/MRM): Contact the Director for project proposal and cost.
Note: Studies requiring protein/peptide labeling, fractionation, or plasma immunodepletion are charged at the Staff Scientist's hourly rate. Reagents, kits, and other materials not included.
