ABP Question of the Week
What it is: The American Board of Pediatrics will email you a weekly question based on a case description with helpful readings associated to the question.
Ideal Audience: All residents, attendings
Why it is great: The weekly email spaces out learning over time. A wide range of topics are covered.
How to access it: Login with your name/password to https://www.abp.org/ Select “Maintain Certification” then “Self-Assessment (Part 2)” then “Question of the Week (QOW)”
How much time to budget for this: Reading through 1 question takes about 10 minutes.
Other thoughts/comments/advice: Topics are saved for 3 years, so you can go back and review topics of interest at your leisure. In the future, this is a great way to get CME credit!
