- Interviews Held: 3rd and 4th week of October
- Notifications: Mid-November
- Fellowship Begins: July 1

- A personal statement that references your personal, professional, and lived experiences’ influence on your interest in child health equity research and your research goals and objectives (1,000 words max)
- Three letters of recommendation
