Guidelines for Accepted Authors

1. All short communication and workshop presenters (poster presenters excluded) are expected to submit a disclosure form to Kathy Moylan by email at Kathy.Moylan@umassmed.edu  or fax 508-856-5536.
2. The primary presenter of each short communication, workshop, or poster is expected to submit a presenter information form to Kathy Moylan by email at Kathy.Moylan@umassmed.edu or fax 508-856-5536. Note: If you are presenting more than one abstract, please submit a presenter information form for each.

Those who fail to complete these required forms will be unable to present at the NEGEA meeting.

All presenters of accepted submissions are expected to register for the NEGEA Annual Meeting no later than March 4, attend the meeting, and be present at the time of their presentation or poster session.

It is the expectation that presenters will be present during the entire NEGEA Annual Meeting. Requests to present on a specific day will be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that a laptop computer and an LCD projector will be available to presenters in each of the presentation rooms. Participants will have Internet access through our guest network, but we cannot guarantee that it will work smoothly for a presentation.
