Listening Sessions for White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health

Date Posted: martes, agosto 30, 2022

The White House is hosting a Conference on Food Security, Hunger and Nutrition on September 28, 2022. This is only the second one in over 50 years that the White House is focusing on strategies to improve food insecurity in our country.

To share local experiences and recommendations, the Worcester Food Security Task Force, in partnership with the UMass Chan Prevention Research Center, conducted three listening sessions and sent a report to the White House. We wanted to make sure that local voices are part of this important conversation.
