NursingExpo

On April 24, 2023, the Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing hosted more than 100 high school students and their families for the NursingExpo. More then a dozen nursing schools participated, providing infomation about various types of nursing careers and educational programs.

Hosted by the UMass Chan Medical School Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing

The goal of the NursingExpo is to educate middle/high school and undergraduate students about the many pathways into nursing as a career for life, and to connect students and their families with the many nursing schools in Central Massachusetts.

We hope you will join us for an evening of connecting with programs, faculty and graduate nursing students who can help set you up for success!

Event Details: 

3:45 p.m. – Check-in and set up
4:00 p.m. – Welcome
4:15 p.m. – Nursing profession speaker presentations
5:15 p.m. – Networking/booth time with nursing school representatives and dinner  

In past year's we have hosted approximately 150 high school students, parents and guidance counselors and it is always an exciting night for the students!
