Refund Policy for TOT

Cancellation, Deferment and Refund Policy:

Attendance at the Fall Session is required for participation in the Spring Session.

  • If participants can no longer attend the Course or the Fall Session, 30 days before the start of the Fall Session, we recommend participants withdraw and reapply the following year.
  • A request for refund must be received in writing by CFDC, 30 days before the Fall Session.  The registration will be refunded less a $480 fee.  Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund.  Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the CFDC.
  • Cancellations of the Fall Session after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • CFDC is not responsible for fees or penalties that conference registrants may incur for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel costs.

Deferment of Spring Session:

CFDC understands that there are times participants’ clinical schedules are cause for deferment.

  • A written request for deferment must be received 20 days before the Spring Session.  A one-year deferment will be granted.
  • For a deferment request made less than 20 days to the session, a one-year deferment may be made with an additional cost of $480 to the participant.
  • If a program is canceled by the CFDC, every effort will be made to notify registrants as least 30 days prior to the first day of the course and registration fee will be refunded.
