This CoP is a follow-up to the KT Academy’s courses on the Knowledge to Action Cycle, developed by Ian Graham. We will be exchanging experiences of implementation, focusing on specific topics that the community wants to delve deeper into, and sharing helpful resources to improve our ability to encourage implementation of specific findings to happen.
