Turning Research Findings Into Implementation Activities - The "Knowledge to Action" Cycle: A Conversation with Dr. Ian Graham

Date Posted: Wednesday, June 15, 2022

By: Dr. Ian Graham

This hour-long interactive webinar was one of a series of events in the Knowledge Implementation Track of the KT Academy at CeKTER and was designed for employment-focused NIDILRR grantees, and their related collaborators. The Knowledge to Action Cycle (KTA) breaks down the implementation process into 7 actionable phases starting with determining the knowledge-practice/policy gap through to sustaining the change. The one-hour conversation between Dr. Marianne Farkas of Boston University's Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Dr. Ian Graham was presented in the form of a series of questions and answers about KTA and how to use the framework to ensure that research findings guide change in practice.
