$4.5M NIH Grant to Protect Chemotherapy Patients secures $4.5m NIH grant to advance blood testing device

To advance the safety of cancer treatments, LeukoLabs has secured a $4.5 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The funding will accelerate the development of their non-invasive device, which uses advanced algorithms to detect dangerously low white blood cell levels (neutropenia). This technology allows for frequent monitoring at home, reducing the risk of life-threatening infections for chemotherapy patients without the need for painful blood draws.
