The maintenance team at UMass Chan Medical School is a diverse group of craftspeople, operating engineers, and building management staff who keep our campus clean, safe and functioning as intended.
Urgent repairs
We are on call 24-7 to handle urgent maintenance or emergency repairs. If you need to speak with someone immediately about an urgent issue, like a leaking pipe or electrical problem, please call the Operations Console at Ext. 6-3292. If you are calling from a mobile or off-campus phone dial 508-856-3292.
Emergencies
For emergencies requiring police, fire or medical response always call 911. Please remeber some campus phones require dialing a “9” first, then 911
