Travel Grants
The Office of Student Life offers travel grants to UMass Chan students who are actively participating in a conference presenting research on a first come, first served basis. Grants can be used for any portion of the conference experience including but not limited to: conference fees, transportation expenses, lodging, and meals. To be eligible for the grant:
- Students may not be on a leave of absence.
- Students must be in good academic standing.
- The student must be presenting and submit documentation (such as a program) to show their participation in the conference.
Grants are awarded up to a maximum of $400.00, not to exceed projected expenses. Students are only eligible to receive one travel grant per academic year on a first come, first served basis.
