If you would like an invoice, please contact elizabeth.real@umassmed.edu. You will need to provide the mailing address of your institution, and email address in which to send the invoice.
There are two options to pay by credit card, online or over the phone.
Credit card payments may be made through our Secure Online Donation Portal. On the donation page, select an amount of ‘Other’, enter the amount, then select the option “Other UMass Chan Funds or select multiple funds”, then select “Other” again and type in “Cryo-EM Symposium”.
If you prefer to pay over the phone, please call our office on Mondays or Thursdays at 508-856-5615 and provide your payment information to our gift processing staff; let them know you are paying for the Cryo-EM Symposium.
A receipt of your transaction can be requested by sending an email to elizabeth.real@umassmed.edu. If you need the receipt sent to your purchasing department, please include their email with your request.
Would you like to present your work in our lightning and thunder* round of talks?
*Lightning talks (1-2 minutes) will be presented to the full conference as an advertisement for the rolling "thunder" discussions that will follow in break-out rooms. Participants will be free to jump between thunder discussions like in a poster session.
In preparation, please prepare a slide deck including an overview slide for the lightning portion and up to 10 data slides for the thunder round. Depending on the number of interested participants, we reserve the right to choose which talks will be presented in the lightening round.
