By train: Union Station in Worcester, MA has regular rail service to Boston, MA, with connecting Amtrak service throughout the U.S. 

By Air: There are 5 airports to choose from when flying into UMass Chan Medical School. The Worcester Regional Airport has limited flights through Jet Blue, primarily through Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Boston Logan Airport in Boston, MA, TF Green Airport in Providence, RI, and Hartford Bradley Airport in Hartford, CT is each about 1 hr by car from UMass Chan, while Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH is 1 ^½  hours. 

Accomodations: The Beechwood Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the main UMass Chan campus, and the Residence Inn Marriott is a very short drive away. Both offer discounted rates for UMass Chan patients, as well as a free shuttle to the clinic. Other options can be found here.
