Quinsigamond Dermatological Society (QDerm)

Quinsigamond Dermatological Society Grand Rounds (QDerm) is recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology for three hours of AAD Category 1 CME credit and may be used toward the American Academy of Dermatology's Continuing Medical Education Award.

QDerm is held one Wednesday evening per month. There is a guest lecturer that speaks to the residents and rotators from 4:30-5:15 pm. From 5:30 to 6:15 pm there is patient viewing followed by case discussion and a guest lecture from 6:30-8:30 pm. UMass Chan dermatology faculty, residents, medical students, rotating residents and local dermatologists attend the meeting. Three to six patients are brought to Grand Rounds to discuss diagnostic challenges and treatment options  for educational interest.
