Metabolic Profiling

Regulation of carbon metabolism is critical for M. tuberculosis to adapt to distinct host environments. To understand these adaptations, we use genetic approaches to identify critical genes and metabolomic profiling to understand the functions of the encoded enzymes and biochemical pathways.
