About CANDI
The Child and Adolescent NeuroDevelopment Initiative (CANDI) is a
research program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School
dedicated to neuroimaging and treatment studies of youths with bipolar
disorder, schizophrenia, and pervasive developmental disorders. In addition to performing cutting-edge research, CANDI provides support for children and adolescents with developmental disorders and their families.
The research team is led by Dr. Jean A Frazier and is supported by child psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, neuropsychologists, statisticians, research coordinators, and interested volunteers.
CANDI is a part of the Child and Adolescent Division of the Department of Psychiatry.
