Carrot Ginger Banana Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
½ cup 100% carrot juice (unsweetened)
1 cup frozen plain yogurt (homemade or with no added sugar in ingredients)
1 large frozen banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ tablespoon fresh grated ginger
½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and blend at high speed until smooth.
