Decision Matrix
As part of the email migration we'll need to understand if you need one email account or two. There are three steps to follow:
- If you do not have UMMHC responsibilities and utilize only a UMass Chan email account to communicate, then you are not impacted and your email is already configured.
- If you do use a UMMHC email account or support someone that does, you will need to make a decision on whether you want to manage one email account or two.

When you complete the matrix, an IT team member will contact you to configure your email accounts appropriately.
