Salary Adjustments

Salary Adjustment   


Requests for salary adjustments are usually initiated by the Department Head or designee. Some examples of actions that can prompt a request for a salary adjustment outside of the merit program are:

  • Promotion
  • Demotion
  • Lateral Transfer
  • Job Reclassification

Human Resources will develop recommendations for new salaries and coordinate implementation with the Department Head or designee.
