Faculty members in the Division of Hematology-Oncology actively participate in research. We believe that expert clinicians and investigators can provide the best and most advanced care for people with cancer and blood disorders. Research in the Division includes laboratory-based study, translational investigation, and the largest selection of advanced clinical trials in central Massachusetts. Our research efforts are enhanced by the resources of the UMass Cancer Clinical Research Office and the outstanding scientific environment of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, including the UMass Center for Clinical and Translational Science and Research Core Facilities.
By facilitating partnerships with the community, the UMass Memorial Foundation raises funds on behalf of UMass Memorial Health Care and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Donations to the Foundation bring together research and patient care, translating advances into action to improve the health and quality of life for our patients and our community. To make a gift that can make a difference in the lives of many, please contact the UMass Memorial Foundation by telephone (508-856-5520), by visiting the donation website, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by mail (UMass Memorial Development Office, Division of Hematology-Oncology for Cancer Research, 333 South Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545).
