Through education and training programs that empower both individuals and groups to fully participate in their own health and wellness, evolve…offers effective, sustainable, and continually researched methods for integrating mindfulness into the workplace.
Your organization may choose from a menu of specifically designed courses including one hour, two hour, half and full day Introduction to Mindfulness programs, weekend and multi-week programs and comprehensive multi-module programs and services. Tailored to meet your specific needs, we also offer you custom designed programs.
