Future plans: Plan to complete the next three years of residency, then possibly move forward into a colorectal surgery fellowship verses community practice.
Why UMASS?: As far as General Surgery programs go, UMASS is an exceptional place to work. In terms of the patients, staff and attendings, and fellow residents it represents a blend of challenge and relationships.
Favorite thing to do in Worcester: Worcester Beer Garden!!
