Why UMASS?: Prelim Gen Surg at Yale for PGY-1 and PGY-2. Came to UMass as a categorical PGY-3. Impressed with the camaraderie of the residents from day one. Grateful to be part of the UMass family. UMass provides the optimal training environment to become a successful surgeon.
