Elective Description: Training will be under the supervision of senior faculty and the chief resident. Daily ward rounds, case management and disposition will be emphasized. Write-ups and progress notes will be reviewed, and the student will discuss his/her patients with consultants when appropriate. The sub-intern will be expected to take call every fourth night under the close guidance of the senior resident. | |
