  • Shalagh Canning

    Research Associate

    Shalagh received her Bachelor's Degree in biology from Boston College and joined the Seddon lab in April 2018 as a research associate.  She helps in many areas of the lab, but focuses on keeping in contact with research participants nationwide and managing their data. She loves being active outside, baking, and spending time with her family.  

  • Cody Dawson

    Research Coordinator I

    Cody is a Research Coordinator with roles in managing the daily research progress, data entry, and participants' contacts. Cody received a Master's degree in Public Health at Colorado School of Public Health. 

  • Ashley Glass

    Clinical Research Assistant

    Ashley graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2018 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She joined the Seddon Lab in November 2019 as a Research Assistant. She assists with many different lab duties including patient contact, data management and entry, as well as weekly clinic. In her free time, Ashley enjoys running/hiking, baking, reading, and playing with her dog.  

  • Fauzia Iqbal

    Clinical Research Assistant

    Fauzia received her bachelor's degrees in Microbiology and Public Health from UMass Amherst Commonwealth Honors College. Before joining the Seddon Lab in January 2020, she worked as a scribe at an ophthalmology clinic near Boston. She is a Research Assistant who helps manage the biological samples, laboratory supplies, and other lab related projects. Outside of the lab, Fauzia enjoys reading, sightseeing and spending time with her family. 

  • Shivani Patel

    Research Coordinator I

    Shivani graduated from Clark University in 2017 with a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She joined the Seddon Lab in January 2018, and helps manage the research team in addition to managing daily research tasks, data entry, and the study databases. In her free time, Shivani enjoys reading, painting with watercolors, and spending time with her family.  

  • Rafael Widjajahakim

    Research Coordinator II

    Rafael is a Research Coordinator who manages overall operations and databases, and assists with analyses for the various studies. Rafael graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation.
