Methods and Resources

Much of our lab is focused on understanding the physiology of M. tuberculosis as it adapts to new conditions. To accomplish this, we use:

• High-throughput genetic analysis to identify the genes and pathways necessary for survival
• Metabolic profiling to understand how these pathways act
• Imaging to understand these responses at the single cell level
