UMass Chan Medical School supports a number of psychology training programs. Its Clinical Psychology Doctoral Internship Program at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital has been APA-accredited for over 50 years, as has the Doctoral Program at Worcester Youth Guidance Center.

Post-doctoral training programs are available in Forensic Psychology within Psychiatry,  Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and  Neuropsychology.

A number of centers and units in UMass Memorial Health also provide opportunities for graduate students in psychology to obtain part-time traineeship experiences.
