Program Director:  Mary Ahn, MD, DFAACAP, ACC

Mary Ahn, MD, DFAACAP, ACC, is a Child Psychiatrist double-boarded in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at UMASS Medical School. In addition to being the Program Director for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship program, she has a combined psychotherapy and psychopharmacology practice.  Dr. Ahn is also Vice Chair for Academic Affairs and Career Development, and Director of the Career Development and Research Office (CDRO). Dr. Ahn was recently elected Councilor-at-Large for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and an active member of AACAP’s Continuing Medical Education Committee and Taskforce on Clinical Essentials.

Associate Program Director:  Brian Skehan, MD, PhD

Brian Skehan, MD, PhD, is a double board certified Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at UMass Medical School.  He currently serves as the Director of the Pediatric Consult/Liaison Service, Pediatric Emergency Mental Health Services, and College Mental Health in addition to being the Associate Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship program.  He is a member of the Transitional Age Youth/College Mental Health Services Committee at AACAP and the National Network of Depression Centers College Mental Health Task Force.
