The 5th Annual Boutique Clothing Sale to benefit Dress for Success Worcester will be held Thursday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the old medical school lobby on the university campus. Dresses, suits, blouses, slacks and shoes will all be for sale, at $5 an item. Only cash or checks are accepted. All proceeds and donations go to Dress for Success Worcester.
This initiative is designed to help disadvantaged women who are entering or re-entering the workforce. It is sponsored by the Professional Women’s Committee at UMass Medical School. Dress for Success Worcester is the local affiliate of the national not-for-profit organization that provides a support network and career development tools, as well as professional attire to help women thrive in work and in life.
