UMass Medicine Cancer Walk staff members are hosting a series of open houses in July at several UMass Medical School and UMass Memorial Medical Center locations. Meet the staff, receive team leader kits and learn about creative fundraising ideas as organizers “Pick up the Pace” in the fight against cancer.
The 16th annual Cancer Walk, which raises money for care and research at the UMass Medicine Cancer Center of Excellence, will take place on Sunday, Sept. 28, starting on the University Campus green.
All open houses run from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 8: UMass Memorial, Hahnemann Campus cafeteria
Wednesday, July 9: UMMS South Street Campus cafeteria
Thursday, July 10: Ambulatory Care Center, Conquering Diseases suite
Monday, July 14: UMass Memorial, University Campus, main lobby
Tuesday, July 15: UMass Memorial, Memorial Campus, main lobby
